The right to vote and the ability to change leaders peacefully is something we can so easily take for granted. Right in the middle of the revolutions and reform sweeping northern Africa and the Middle East, we had an election right here in Chicago. Couple this with what is happening in Madison, and you get to see people peacefully voicing their beliefs and political ideals.
